We offer free ground shipping for orders over $150 within the contiguous US states. Any order under $150 will have a fee of $9.95. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will incur a shipping cost of $19.95.

We take pride in our quick shipping times and cannot guarantee that your order can be adjusted after it is placed. Please contact us at contact@SONAhomenyc.com with your name, order number and revised order. If we can revise your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us!
If you have provided an incorrect address and would like to change, please contact us as soon as possible.

Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes! Please note that all PO Box orders will be shipped via USPS.

If anything in your order arrives damaged, please send us a picture of the damaged objects to contact@SONAhomenyc.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll be in touch on how to get you a replacement as soon as possible.

We want to make sure you love your SONA Home items and are happy to return any unopened merchandise up to 14 days after your order has been received. Send us an email at contact@SONAhomenyc.com with your name and order number and we will send you a shipping label to send back to us. Kindly note that we cannot create return labels for addresses outside of the original order address. Returns can take up to 10 business days to be received and processed in our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your refund. Returns will be subject to a $24.95 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

To note, you will be responsible for any damages that may occur in transit, so please ensure that your return is safely packaged. We will be unable to honor a return for any items that are returned to us stained, broken, or damaged in any way.

We sell E-Gift cards that you can use instantly after checkout. You will receive an email directly to your inbox with your gift card number. All gift card sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any issues with your gift card, send us an email at contact@SONAhomenyc.com.

Kindly note, gift cards for SONA Home cannot be used at SONA NYC (the restaurant), and gift cards from SONA NYC cannot be used for SONA Home purchases.

At the moment, SONA Home can only be purchased online at sonahomenyc.com.
