Shipping & Returns

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $150 within the contiguous US states. Any order under $150 will have a fee of $9.95. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will incur a shipping cost of $19.95.

We provide the option of ground or express shipping for all domestic orders.

In most circumstances, orders placed before 12 pm EST, including express orders, will be shipped out the same day. Any orders placed after 12 pm EST will be shipped the next business day.

Our carriers do not count weekends as valid ship dates. Express shipments that ship out on a Friday will deliver on a Monday or Tuesday; weekends are not guaranteed delivery dates.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. All SONA Home orders will be shipped without a signature requirement. If you require expedited shipping, please select UPS overnight shipping at checkout.

Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes! Please note that all PO Box orders will be shipped via USPS.

We want to make sure you love your SONA Home items and are happy to return any unopened merchandise up to 14 days after your order has been received. Send us an email at with your name and order number and we will send you a shipping label to send back to us. Kindly note that we cannot create return labels for addresses outside of the original order address. Returns can take up to 10 business days to be received and processed in our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your refund. Returns will be subject to a $24.95 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

To note, you will be responsible for any damages that may occur in transit, so please ensure that your return is safely packaged. We will be unable to honor a return for any items that are returned to us stained, broken, or damaged in any way.

All Gift Card Purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded

All orders shipped outside the US are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

All G & Tea Straw orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

All items purchased at a discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

We are unable to provide price adjustments for items that were purchased before a sale was initiated, or at a price higher than the current sale.
